THIS SOFTWARE END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT("EULA") IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND Axous Inc. READ IT CAREFULLY BEFORE COMPLETING THE INSTALLATION PROCESS AND USING AXOUS.
IT PROVIDES A LICENSE TO USE AXOUS AND CONTAINS WARRANTY INFORMATION AND LIABILITY DISCLAIMERS. BY INSTALLING AND USING AXOUS, YOU ARE CONFIRMING YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF AXOUS AND AGREEING TO BECOME BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS, PLEASE DO NOT INSTALL OR USE AXOUS.
AXOUS IS FREE OF CHARGE. SO YOU MUST ASSUME THE ENTIRE RISK OF USING THIS PROGRAM. ANY LIABILITY OF AXOUS INC. WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT REPLACEMENT.
Definitions
"Axous" is a e-shop system specified for software and other digital products, which is developed by Axous Inc.
"Axous Inc." is the enterprise being responsible for Axous product
"We" means "Axous Inc."
"You" means anybody who uses Axous
"Modified version" means program modified or created by 3rd-party. Including the source code, templates, plugins, extensions etc.
"The software" means "Axous"
License Grants
You may use Axous for free under the License Restrictions
You may distribute Axous as it origined from axous.com
You may modify the source code or interface of Axous to fit your requirement under the License Restrictions
You have property of all the data in your site powered by Axous; meanwhile , you need assume all relevant legal duty by yourself
License Restrictions
You may not redistribute a modified version of Axous without a certification. To get the certification , please visit http://www.axous.com for more information.
You may not remove or modify the copyright information and relevant links, such as http://www.axous.com, in the footer of every pages without the prior written consent of Axous Inc., no matter how heavily you modified the software.
You may not modify Axous to create derivative works for redistribution based upon Axous.
In the event that you fail to comply with this EULA, your license will be terminated.
